According to the Spanish Personal Data Protection Law 15/1999 your details will be kept in the Human Resources File, which is under the responsibility of the l'Institut de Medicina Predictiva i Personalitzada del Càncer. The purpose of this file is to manage the human resources of the centre, such as; hiring, payment of salaries, staff training and health and safety at work.
