According to the Spanish Personal Data Protection Law 15/1999 your details will be kept in the Communications File, which is under the responsibility of the l'Institut de Medicina Predictiva i Personalitzada del Càncer. The purpose of this file is to manage contact details for subscriptions, publications and sending of information regarding the activities of the center.
You can exercise your rights of access, correction, cancellation or opposition by sending a written and signed communication to: Communications Department, l'Institut de Medicina Predictiva i Personalitzada del Càncer, Carretera de Can Ruti, Camí de les Escoles s/n. 08916 de Badalona -Barcelona-.
The letter must include: the full name and surnames of the person concerned, definition of the request, date and an address to notify the person concerned of the outcome.
